great smaller trailer! lq has full size shower 2 sinks mini fridge microwave toaster oven a/c porta potty lots of outlets and tv. 3 installed water pumps a 3 gallon propane water heater and two 30 gallon water tanks. the stud stall is converted to an enclosed bathroom. all new tires new awning always stored under roof. gas saver pulls great and can go where the huge trailers can't!
