Description

1986 toyota granville motorhome.49 915 original miles. vin- jt5rn55d2f2re 4 cylinder fuel injected engine.transmission and torque converter rebuilt at 20k miles.upgraded to the six lug axle. i am the third owner. i have owned it since 2019. the second owner had it for three years after purchasing it from the original owners his pastor’s elderly parents. it had gone unused for many years and had spent its entire life in a barn.the camper is in very good condition throughout gets about 15 mpg and is very easy to drive and park. it has a propane fired refrigerator that also will operate on ac shore power the unit was replaced in 2000 and looks and runs excellent. since purchasing i have installed a 100 watt renogy solar panel which keeps the house battery charged. it works great as everything in the camper is running on dc. all the lights have been changed out to very bright leds with very low draw. i switched the tv to a dc unit and it also has very low draw and will run all night along with the vent fan and not drain the house battery.camper has a leak free metal roof and is pretty low maintenance. the roof top air conditioner had a gasket go bad shortly after my buying it. i had the gasket replaced and the roof shimmed which i was told should last at least 10 plus years or so. there is a spot near the ac unit where the ceiling paper covering started to peel up from getting wet. i did not get that spot repaired but it really isn’t too unsightly and has remained dry for three years since the gasket replacement. see pics the cab air conditioner does not operate. there is a receipt that shows a lot of labor and parts but it makes note that it needs another component and it wasn’t available at the time. the second owner decided not to pursue it any farther as the roof top ac does the job when in transit.i will also include in the sale a 2200 watt quiet generator that will operate all electrical as well as the roof top ac. the generator was purchased in 2019 and was broken in properly and has had very little use. it operates very quietly and requires very little fuel. i logged it’s use and it was run for 3 hours in one hour increments with oil changes in between for the break in process and then i ran it on 3 other occasions for a total 9.5 hours.going through the receipts i can see it had been meticulously maintained prior to my purchase. i will detail what i have receipts for and date of work done. i will exclude oil change info but it has been changed at at most 3k mile increments.i’ll list the most recent work that i have had done myself and go through to the earliest receipts that i have from the previous owners. maintenance is as follows 11-02-2022 full transmission service. lubed all grease points on suspension. 49 907 mileage.05-01-2021 new 95 amp hour house battery installed.9-14-2020 new in tank fuel pump installed. new alternator belt and fuel filter installed. 46 114 mileage.1-17-2020 new starter installed. 43 000 mileage.10-30-2019 replaced main fuel hose.8-1-2019 installed new shower valve and shower. upgraded the majority of the waterlines to pex tubing. note- that water heater was bypassed when the change over to pex occurred. very simple to re-attach so it is back in service however with the small fresh and waste water tanks we opted to disconnect it. 9-11-2017 full transmission service. 39k miles.3-20-2017 vacuum hoses replaced with new silicon vacuum hoses.2-14-2017 maxxair maxxfan deluxe roof fan with remote installed.10-16-2016 install 2 new rear leaf springs and re-arch existing springs.10-5-2016 corrosion free rust inhibitor and corrosion preventing undercoating installed.10-5-2016 midas lifetime muffler installed.9-20-2016 install all new exterior vinyl trim with stainless steel hardware.8-14-2016 complete roof re-seal.6-10-2016 installed new toilet and new h20 pump for plumbing.5-31-2016 replace spark plugs plug wires and cap and rotor.5-23-20168 new tires -
