ford f- lance truck camper 1994 both in excellent condition. been well used in the past year; we couple baby bought it last year and traveled =lived nearly 9 months in it! throughout the us and mexico. truck california registration. just passed texas vehicle inspection so ready to be registered in texas. 1993 model ford f-350 xlt dually crew cab 6 pax 8' bed engine 7.5l v8 efi gasoline 93 000 miles only! entire brakes system has been recently renewed- new brake master cylinder new pressure switch brake shoes etc. the abs light is still blinking though probably triggered by low pressure before the fixes and the mechanic here did not manage to reset it saying it's an old computer and doesn't work with his newer equipment etc... but the brake system was tested and everything works good including abs it's under warranty for the job done. known issues mostly cosmetic being a bit old - fading color small dent etc. fuel gauge doesn't function but as there are two gas tanks you will never get stuck. truck is equipped with anchors for the camper as well as inflatable airbags between the bed and the chassis to balance and support the camper's weight. extras towing adapter for towing anything even when the camper is on jumpstart cables it's a very strong truck adapt to carry this heavy camper even in mountains etc. camper lance 1994 lc990ec over cabin bed - very big. lots of storage space. dinnette turns into a small double bed. over the dinnette there is storage space that converts to a bunk bed for a child. many windows so well lit and aired. very good a/c gas generator two gas cylinders 2 vent fans water heater gas furnace with thermostat radio cd alarm exterior crank out awning on one side outdoor shower electric jacks for loading/offloading from truck lights on 3 sides kitchen 3 way fridge with freezer ac/dc/gas - works very good with no noise at all microwave gas oven with 3 stovetop flames and ventilation full kitchen equipment - dishes utensils cookware brand new 5-stage reverse osmosis water filtration system - you can filter and drink any water even sea water - just installed only didn't drill a tap hole in the sink. it all works just needs the hole in place. bathroom toilet sink mirrors curtained shower. fresh water tank - 40 gal black & grey water tanks - 20 gal each. known issues rear side panel - wooden external panel that is a bit falling apart on one side but just a covering panel and not a structural part it is mostly a cosmetic issue and can be fixed. one of the window misses a piece of rubber seal nothing serious just need to find it or seal differently. water tanks indicators work but not always accurate common issue in all campers it is old and so occasionally something might need fixing; for example i already renewed some parts of the toilet fixed the battery charger etc. so the fact that it has been heavily used in the last year means you are getting a functional unit with many age related issues already taken care of! this camper is nice and cosy... super efficient for the size. extras pressure based black water macerator for more flexible & comfortable black water dumping outside huge patio mat 6ppl huge tent solar panel with charge controller and wires it's not mounted so you can park in the shade and place it anywhere. i have rooftop mounting brackets though if you want to attach it electric heater warm blanket lots of pillows bedsheets etc. hammocks vacuum cleaner 4 supporting jacks for extra support the camper's bottom while off loaded ready to go on the road!! requesting $9 000 obo for camper & truck together. i am trying to be as accurate with details as possible. if you need any other detail please ask so you get the full picture before meeting.
