this wilderness 270fq travel trailer is in good condition on the outside. minor dent on left rear panel as shown in picture. the decals show some fading and awnings fabric needs to be replaced.the inside makes up for it.....is in excellent condition no tears to the fabric or damage to the inside of the trailer. beautiful that's where we spend time with our family and friends. comfortable sleeps 6 people.the dinette and sofa area is part of the 12ft slide. description a front queen bedroom with a rear bathroom with shower and bathtub. dinette converts to bed as well. sofa converts to sleeping area. fully equipped kitchen. appliances - microwave stove and oven refrigerator/freezer filtered water and water heater. electrical - air conditioning and heater. 2 brand new auxiliary batteries. equipment - built in am/fm cd stereo system with speakers throughout trailer. tv antenna smoke detector exterior - awning stabilizer jacks and external shower. tires are in also in new condition. additional pictures available upon request. any questions please ask. thank you
