this 2005 coachmen model 235 so has 36k miles and is in near showroom condition in my opinion. it has the super heavy duty ford e450 chassis with the powerful v10 engine. it recently underwent a complete maintenance overhaul totaling $5 880 have receipts . included were the following engine service new plugs oil oil filter fuel filter boots generator service silicone body sealer water heater service reseal all windows resealed roof removed all outer coating and resealed and much more. cloth couch and bench dinette seats were replaced with new leather for personal preference reasons. all in all this motor home is in extraordinary condition mechanically and cosmetically for its age in my opinion. you are advised and welcome to have the vehicle inspected and the condition verified by a third party of your choice prior to purchasing the vehicle. i will assist you in that regard. if the motor home does not meet with your satisfaction the deposit will be refunded. the unit is loaded with virtually every conceivable option generator 10' slide out water heater all leather seating air conditioning heating system sleeps 4 comfortably etc. engine runs quietly and transmission shifts smoothly. all appliances are working as they should. tires are not new but in excellent condition. /used-rv/1013326.htm
