i have a 2007 38ft travel trailer set up on a permanent lot at emeral isle nc. 2 slide outs 2 queen bed rooms one on each end. queen size pull out couch. gas stove microwave and full size refrigerator. nice roomy camper. the camper is to old to leave in camp ground if sold. if you buy this camper you can move a newer camper in my spot in. the lot rent is paid up until june 1 2018.
