i bought this couple years ago with water damage. i replaced 85% of the flooring with a rubber waterproof membrane epoxy style flooring. also used 3/4” plywood in replacement of the cheap factory flooring. so the flooring is back to original/better than factory condition. the blower motor for the ac unit quit working. the fridge works i never tested the heat or hot water however i have lost interest in the project and it still needs finished. the dining room table and seats need to be re-mounted into place. they are just sitting there. also needs a few interior trim pieces replaced/installed. waterproofing on the roof still needs addressed. slight damage on front passenger lower corner needs some attention it has been stored indoors since i’ve bought it. please look at the pictures and come see it in person prior to bidding. i’m selling this as is where is please feel free to ask questions. please note this camper is not ready for camping and will need some tlc before it’s ready to go pickup location is chillicothe oh 45601
