2017 highland ridge open range roamer 35' bumper pull rv. bought in april of 2017 and used once to make sure everything worked. had awning built as soon as the rv was purchased to keep it out the weather. the rv has 3 slides in all 2 super slides and one for the closet in the bedroom. tv's and soundbar has been upgraded to 4k smart tvs a 43" in the living room with a samsung soundbar and sub mounted behind recliners and a 40" tv in the bedroom. it has corian countertops and the trailer itself is all plywood walls not presswood. the roof is pvc and well insulated not like the old ruberized roofs. this rv is the zero climate package for zero degree weather. has queen size walk around bed 60"80" in bedroom and pull-out couch with memory foam. has outdoor shower outdoor kitchen with gas burner cooktop sink and storage also has dual ac for living quarters and bedroom. the ac units are 15 000btu and 13 500btu roof access ladder added is the executive package 4 season protection package. awning size size is 18' with built in led lights in roll and blue led lights under steps. does come with weight distribution bars hitch with built in sway control. has electric hitch jack on front wit led light slide on bbq pit for right side in rear locktight bars for stabilizer jacks not electric plus wheel locks tank chemicals linx levelers for uneven camping tire chocks 7' ceilings 8cf refrigerator does not have washer or dryer. nada still books 45-48k so if your credit is good a bank will loan. please do not waste my time. if serious private message me for price and we can set up a viewing. i'm located in the outskirts of lake charles. i also have more pictures if interested. thanks a bunch. read less
