we bought this camper to stay in for around 2 weeks while our house was being built. we have upgraded the refrigerator and mattress in the main bedroom. this camper fits plenty of people comfortably! tons of storage with a large pantry. the stove has never been used. it also has a small outdoor kitchen that was used once. it is in like new condition. the bedroom has a new full size memory foam mattress. it has also a full closet. the couch in the living room folds down very easily to a full size bed. the dining room seating is a wrap around booth that can also be made into a bed. then there are a set of bunk beds with larger than twin size mattresses. i have always kept mattresses protectors on all mattresses and pillows. absolutely nothing needs done to it. we have winterized it. the mounted tv is also included! all hoses portable black tank connectors etc will also be included! we will also deliver the camper for you!! unfortunately we do not have time to camp and we don’t want this awesome camper to go to waste.
