very nice 2004 sooner 3 horse 12' living quarter this trailer is in great shape for it's age. it is all aluminum and is 24' long x 7'6" tall x 7'6" wide. the living area has a camper style entry door with a full screen door. the sleeping area has 2 windows with treatments 3 built in cabinets in the headboard a mattress tv swivel stand and 2 side cabinets. the open concept living area has sofa that converts to a bed with overhead storage ducted heat/air and faux wood laminate flooring. the kitchen area has a sink 2 burner cooktop with overhead vent hood 6 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer microwave cabinets and drawers. the bathroom has a sink mirrored medicine cabinet 2 clothing cabinets shower with glass door and handheld shower head full length mirror and passthrough door to the horse area. the horse area has lined and insulated ceiling and walls with rubber liner on the lower half. there is a 1st stall escape door drop down windows on the head side bus windows with sliders on the hip stud divider between stalls 1 and 2 solid head and shoulder divider between stalls 2 and 3 mangers with exterior access doors 3 roof vents 3 interior lights rubber floor matts 40/60 rear doors rear ramp rear tack with 3 tier saddle rack brush box and bridle hooks. the trailer also has 12 ply 235/85r16 mounted on steel mod rims a spare tire 2 20 gal propane tanks electric jack aluminum batter box with 2 12v batteries an onan 3600 lp generator and a 21' manual awning. the trailer was professionally serviced on 5/6/24 and included the bearings brakes and lights. financing and nationwide delivery available!
