1947 tourette teardrop trailer built by universal trailer & manufacturing corp. unlike most teardrop trailers old and new it's built totally of riveted of aluminum. there is no wood framing. just like the airstreams only the floor is wood and that's been replaced in this teardrop. the kitchen has also been remodeled and features a four burner stove with an oven a sink and cabinets. a 12v and lpg refrigerator has been installed inside. i've owned this teardrop for years and towed it all over the western states. it tows like a dream. you barely know it's there.it's not pictured but the teardrop also includes the original tent that snaps on the back enclosing the kitchen and providing another sleeping area. it's in perfect condition. i only put it up once or twice.the teardrop is in sacramento california. please come and see it in person if you can. ask me any questions. it's being offered locally so i reserve the right to end this listing at any time and sell it.
