this 1949 spartan royal mansion was purchased a few years back and was going to become our traveling office. plans have changed and it’s time to sell this amazing trailer that has unlimited potential. we stripped the interior but saved a majority of cabinetry and woodwork along with all original wall sconces all included in the sale . the trailer has brand new rims and tires as of last year and only have 10 miles on both. the front towing triangle is in rough shape and will need to be replaced before towing. main frame is in good shape with no issues and still has the original undercarriage panel covering the underside. all the glass is intact except for the front plexiglass windows these will need to be replaced but all parts are readily available to do so. in the pictures there is a rear tail light missing but i do have it and it will come with the trailer. what you see in the pictures is what you will get. if you have any questions please feel free to reach out and i’ll be happy to answer. the trailer is located in ann arbor michigan. i am open to offers.
