1955 shasta canned ham vintage trailer with 6-foot-wide top-hinged side opening. i believe it may be a model 1400. my grandfather bought this new and it has been in the family ever since. almost all the original features like sink stove and lower cabinets have been removed long ago. my uncle added the hinged side feature. the trailer leaks so we have stored it with a full cover included--see pictures to protect from rain. it hasn't been on the road in years so buyer would need to confirm if tires are safe but i would recommend you pick it up with a flatbed or get new er tires. last we knew everything about the chassis was functional and it used to tow with no problems. panasonic air conditioner works. it still has two electric and one gas original light fixture but buyer would need to confirm they work safely especially the gas light. the propane canisters should be considered not functional. door and windows do function but they are rough. it has been used most recently as an office space see added electrical breaker new lights and gfi outlets and for general storage. you can see from the pictures that it certainly needs to be refurbished. i would be happy to answer questions as best i can or could possibly arrange for a preview before buying if you're seriously interested. something of this vintage comes "as-is." cover is also "as is." buyer would need to take responsibility for picking it up.
