title now in hand! beautiful vintage exterior with brand new interior. this trailer has been completely gutted and rebuilt by licensed professionals. this was redone for my family of 5 to stay in while we remodeled out home. we used it for 6 months and loved it but have since moved in and no longer need a camper. there a few minor exterior flaws one dent near the roof on the rear passenger side trim next to living entry door was slightly bent a little oxidization on two driver side panels. interior is excellent. - custom cabinetry closets and bed frames all build with real wood no particle board or mdf . - waterproof vinyl plank flooring throughout. - 30" propane range - undercounter fridge - in cabinet chest freezer - 2 rooftop furrion a/c units - propane heater - composting toilet water line plumbed in for easy conversion to flushing toilet if desired - 56 gal fresh and gray water tanks - on demand propane hot water heater mechanically in excellent shape. - new steps - new stabalizer jacks - brakes have been redone - all new trailer lights - weight distributing hitch included
