1960 maxcraft vintage travel trailer fully restored and upgraded with a “beach/tropical” theme. has only been used several times the last two years. very comfortable and easy to tow. continuously draws attention. maxcraft was made for two years 1960 1961 on front street in downtown boise idaho. seems to be the last one known very rare. this was completely dismantled and then rebuilt to a professional level. all structural wood was replaced and re-enforced. all interior panels were replaced. interior was redesigned replaced and the upholstery professionally added. a toilet 8 gallon waste tank water heater water pump 7 gallon fresh water tank was added. power both a/c and 12v was added. suspension was upgraded new tires installed underside painted. exterior was painted basecoat/clearcoat by custom auto shop; bamboo stripe was professionally air-brushed. it weighs 2 780 pounds loaded with camping gear. tongue weight is about 400 pounds. it is 16 feet long. has 2" ball with sway bar and 7 wire tie-in plus safety chains. no brakes as it is well under weight limit. ready to roll happily down the highway i have pulled it at 80 miles per hour . come to boise idaho and tow it home anywhere in the usa. cool extra features the counter top is plexiglas which can be lifted to access the two-inch deep display area. the sink countertop has pictures of various ocean scenes west coast hawaii . the back sitting area becomes a double bed. the front dining area becomes a large single bed. the refrigerator is electric. everything is electric. the 12v battery under the front seat has a tickler hooked up to it. the top has slightly arched steel trusses so the interior height is 6' 2". all of the windows have been completely rebuilt. there is a vent in the ceiling and there are no leaks anywhere. time to go glamper camping. there will not be another one in any campground. make it yours!
