this is truly a rare find a 1974 overlander in mint condition. only two previous owners no children. has been treated with extreme care. i am unable to keep due to a recent divorce. the exterior of the camper is in pristine condition. only one dent/scratch located on the front panel on the entry side; see pics. all screens intact and windows fully functional. awning in great condition. no tears or weather related damage. fully operational. the camper has been stored inside when not in use. inside of camper likewise pristine. carpet in excellent condition no tears or stains. all cabinetry in excellent condition. all roll up cabinet doors and drawers intact and fully functional. the only exception is one rear cabinet door that will need to be repaired totally intact several seams have come unglued; see pics. two sofas both of which pull out to create full beds and both of which have been reupholstered. bathroom has been totally refurbished pluming as well as subflooring/laminate. new toilet thetford brand new and unused. standing shower with door. large mirrored vanity with folding glass door. full closet with clothes rack. new hot water heater and wired for 110 throughout. ac fully functional with thermostat. stock propane tanks 2 with cover. stock oven and stove both gas in excellent condition. the stove is a rare find see pics. original airstream magic chef in practically new condition. magic chef stove with 4 open flame burners. new microwave and fridge. electric kitchen cabinets in excellent condition which includes 2 pull out treys. large fold out table and 2 airstream fold out chairs that came with the camper. stereo and speakers in living room area. snap on covers for front windows see pics. all lights fully functional. the dome covers must have been cracked repaired with aluminum tape. no leaks whatsoever. leveling jacks located on belly of camper electric hitch makes hooks up a breeze. will include stabilizer bars and hitch; see pics. original tinted window protector in excellent shape and fully functional. central control board monitors and controls tanks and battery operation. batteries intact and functional. fold out steps make entry very easy. all exterior lights in working condition. i could go on and on. you wont find a 40 year old camper in this pristine condition i have tried for years. whoever wins this camper will be very satisfied and the talk of their campground. absolutely no out of country bidders! i also know a local man that will deliver long distance that i could put the buyer in touch with to arrange delivery.
