this rv was bought as a special build for a well off entrepeneur in north carolina who only used it to go to the kentucky derby. he never cooked in the rv sadly passed away only 3 years after buying the rv. the family let the rv sit under a roof on their business property where it was saved from most of the sundamage these rv's have sadly the front and rear did catch some sun and have been faded a bit. in the last few years they decided to take their mother out with it on some small vacations when she passed away last year the family decided to sell it and i bought it out of their estate. the miles are really that low. the ford v8 is as new and is very capable of hauling you onto any cmaping trip for the foreseeable future. i am re-sealing the roof with eternabond as we speak. new tires came on 2 years ago. i put new batteries new v-belts and got everything up to standard and working. it's up to you now to make memories and turn heads on this nations great camp sites and roads !
