1990 Valley Fifth Wheel

i'm selling a 40' 5th wheel trailer. it's a 1990 mobile villa with two slide outs. it needs a little electrical work and some tlc but in over all good shape. its huge plenty of room to live comfortably in. that was my plan to live in it but you know how plans change. its considered a park model so it has a proper house toilet not a trailer toilet. it has a great roof the previous owners laid one of those tpo roof membranes across the top of it. it has all the appliances. it comes with a metal canopy. it wouldn't take much work to get this set up and livable and i'm only asking $6200 for it. thanks for looking! my # is sorry for the crooked pictures every i rotate the photo the website flips it back when i publish the add.
