1991 Airstream Class B

it has a new laminate floor in the galley and a new tile floor in the bathroom. it has had a new dometic 3 way fridge new microwave and new roof ac installed in the last 3 years. the dash is in excellent condition. this unit has dual gas tanks. the gauge for the rear tank is currently not working. the front gas tank gauge and all other gauges work perfectly. the heat and air both work great. all of the appliances lights and switches have been tested and all work properly. the cabinetry looks great! the fabric on the couch and the captains chairs is starting to show some age vinyl on the captains seats is in great shape . i do have some seat covers for the captain chairs. the headliner and walls are all in excellent condition with the exception of one spot below the passenger side bunk window. it has some staining from a leak in the past i see this in most b190s . just to be clear...there is no damage from the leak...just staining. the overhead bunk pulls out to make a large bed 72x76 . the captain chairs do swivel and turn towards the rear of the motorhome. the bathroom area in this b190 has been professionally modified. the toilet was moved from the center isle to the drivers side. the shower pan was removed and a sink with shower head was installed. this unit does have all of the original equipment from when it was purchased new including the table tv and ladder. exterior the body has been buffed and waxed and is in great shape! the running boards have been recently repainted. the roof compartment and windows have been resealed. the driver and passenger side window seals have been replaced. it doesn't have any fluid leaks/mechanical issues. all lights and signals are in good working order. it has l0 ply/load range e tires that have about 90% tread. it comes with a spare that is mounted to the rear passenger door. an awning has been added above the main entry door and it is in excellent condition. i have the original owners manuals and lots of camping accessories that come with it power cord sewer hoses and connections water hoses and connections leveling blocks tank treatment etc. the b190 has been fully serviced winterized buffed/waxed and thoroughly detailed for the new owner. it is ready to hit the road! airstream b190 specs from the floor to the ceiling at the back of the rv is 6'3" from the floor to the ceiling at the front of the rv is 6'6" the couch is 5'10" long the overhead bed is 6' across the width of the rv but is 6'6" lengthwise the clearance from the foam mattress to the ceiling is 23" the overall height with the air conditioner is 9' 11" added options 460 engine w/ cal. emissions 12 mpg onan 2.8 generator w/ low hours towing package cb radio tv original from factory newer fridge newer roof ac it was an option from factory newer microwave features ford 9011 gvwr e350 cargo van 138" wheelbase automatic with overdrive 41 gal dual fuel tanks 354 rear end ratio airstream fiberglass top covered spare tire and bracket am-fm stereo cassette/ speakers swivel captain chairs rear ladder chrome bumpers porch light running boards tilt steering cruise control converter magnetek furnace hydroflame 12000 btu roof ac dometic duo-therm oven range wedgewood 4 burner with oven and fan/light water pump shurflo toilet thretford refrigerator dometic gas/electric electrical system 12volt 35 foot cord for 110 v feeding two 12v hd deep cycle batteries plus 30 amp 12v to 110v converter 6 gallon propane water heater 35lb. lpg tank microwave galley with ss sink 72x40 convertible sofa 72x76 sleeping area over cab bunk ladder ozite ceiling medicine cabinet w mirror plenty of lights 110v outlets oak cabinets insulated walls shower bath exhaust fan roof ceiling fan curtains 18.4 gal waste/grey water tank 21 gallon black water tank tank level indicators
