1992 Fleetwood bounder 35j Class A

we have decided to part with our family motorhome our 1992 diesel fleetwood bounder. ours is the 35j model meaning that is it is 35 feet long and has a very unique floor plan that provides great privacy for the rear bedroom as you cannot see directly in from the rest of the coach. it has two air conditioners both of which work well. it sleeps 6 people two people in the rear bedroom two people on the folding sofa and two people in the dinette. it has all the original fabric and shades with a large extra comfortable flexsteel front passenger seat. the bedroom has a large wardrobe and tons of cargo space with a space for a tv with antenna hookup. the bathroom has a shower/tub toilet and sink with plenty of storage while the kitchen has a fridge stove with hood microwave double sink and again ton of storage space. the unit is powered by the 5.9 cummins turbodiesel engine on an oshkosh chassis. it has hydraulic leveling jacks an onan generator currently not running hitch and power entry step. it has a fuel capacity of 90 gallons and is equipped with greywater and freshwater tanks. the rv always starts right up no matter how cold it is!-in the past 100 miles it received a preventative maintenance service where the chassis was lubed both fuel filters were changed and the oil and oil filter were changed. at the same service it had the parking brake repaired several lights replaced and a new horn was installed. -this past summer the roof was completely resealed and there are no leaks currently present. at the same time all exterior cargo doors received new locks.-this past fall it received two new coach batteries and a new engine battery.-the rv comes with 30 years worth of service records detailing every single repair oil change and inspection done to it since it was brand new. -it will likely need some plumbing work as previously mentioned the generator is not currently working. the roof antenna is missing but all wiring is still present for a new one to be installed. the awning needs replacement. the exterior could use a refresh as some decals are missing and the trim has faded.-due to the age and mileage on the rv it will be selling as-is where-is we highly encourage you to come inspect it. while we have loved this motorhome and it has served us well it is not perfect. a little love from the new owner and you will have a solid dependable rv to make family memories in for years to come. -please contact with any questions and more photos are available upon request.-please make sure that you are prepared to either pick up or ship the motorhome.
