good little camper floor is solid pulls great easy to move. floors are solid has a clear title. no bathroom. tires are like new i have a window air conditioner that will go with it. with a little love this would be a really sharp camper. overall very solid. all window seals seem good as well as the windows all work. has a new spare tire aswell. if we make a deal deposit will be required and a set in stone time of pickup.
