this perfect little rv fit in the driveway of our corona ca home and had no less than 5 post it notes stuck to the windshield saying "i want to buy your rv call me!". it has the powerful 460ci ford v8 on the f-350 chassis and at under 20' long leaves plenty of power to tow a trailer or vehicle with the included class iii hitch. seats two up front and the dinette has 4 seatbelts for additional passengers or car seat s . best thing about the size is that it fits in a standard parking space- length is less than a standard pickup truck. we've parked at the parking meters on ocean drive in santa monica and fit in a single space at wal-mart. we drove it to tennessee when we left ca and it's been my 'mobile office' and barely moved in 8 months... hence why selling- she deserves better.interior smells and looks great and all original appliances and options are in working order including cab all gauges cruise control factory radio a/c heater 12v socket and lightshouse ducted a/c with thermostat propane ducted heat with thermostat 2.8kw onan generator with remote start/stop microwave stove freezer/fridge water pump co detector toilet all faucets/drains original cushions cabinets and curtainsthere are some projects for the next owner carb cleaning on the onan generator idle isn't steady find two pretty hubcaps for the front wheels fix bathroom vent fan replace auto-igniter dial on stove we use matches slow leak from city water connection when hooked up no leaks when using water tank dining table legs are broken and sits wonky. abs light comes once underway but brakes are super strong so my guess is a sensor somewhere. the important lights work like brakes signals headlights etc. but a few of the cab lights way up top need to be replaced. awning is fully-functional but some areas rely on duct tape and a new awning tarp would be a good investment.it's overall a great little camper for a 28-year old unit. every original manual from the cab to appliances is included with notes. i am the third owner and i have a clean tennessee title in-hand. previous owner installed bead board to rear wall and upper bunk. oil changed 1k miles ago where it also got a new serpentine belt. new house battery installed march 2023. tn registration until 1/24.want to come check it out? want more pics? just ask. delivery note with proper negotiated deposit and expenses covered i will happily drive this camper to any mainland u.s. city near a major airport as a fun last voyage. socal? florida? northeast? ...let's do this!
