1998 Monaco Class A

1998 monaco dynasty 123xxx miles bought in late 2016 from tampa fl. full time rving since oct 2018. mainly stayed in southern ca in fall/winter stayed in or/wa during summer. i drove 30k miles since i bought it.runs and drives excellent. 8.3cummins/6speed allison transmission 8mpg average. 1 super slide out/ 7500 watt onan diesel generator slide out both slide outs are heavy duty hydraulic. no weak electric motor interior was renovated early 2018. cabinets/walls painted white. beautiful laminate floor. total 945 watts of solar 2x320 watt panels controlled by victron solar charge controller bluetooth connection to phone.2.roof ac/heater gas furnace 12 gallon gas/electric water heater 3burner stove/oven small residential refrigerator small tv microwave 100gal fresh tank 40gal black 60gal gray tank. dual filter reverse osmosis water filtration system. interior lights are all led except 2 lights. exterior lights all led except head lights.cummins engine oil drain plug is replaced with valve type easy oil change. have commercial oil filter tool.tires are 4218 42week 2018 bf goodridge.all awnings work. i have all original manuals. sold $230k in 1998. blue ox tow bar included.diesel heater installed over 2 years ago. excellent source of heating when boondocking. very fuel efficiency and powerconsumption.bad due to age clear coat is bad in the front.both side near bedroom window looks delaminated. there was minor water damage . it was fixed but looks delaminated. no water leak no mold or rotted material shown on pictures. lower trim piece on slide out got bent so i took it out and i still have it. dash ac doesn't work freon is leaking hose near the compressor. air leveling works but front right side won't level need to replace solenoid but can still level the rv. i can't remember every little things i will update.this rv has been driven and traveled. not sitting at some rv park or storage for many years. sold as is. it is very dependable and solid rv.feel free to ask questions.happy bidding!plate tags ca 12/2023. no smog required in caclean ca title on hand.also roof is single piece reverse l shaped fiber glass. most rv's are capped in the back. no need to periodically maintain seal the roof where it's joined to front and back cap. i have 244 100% positive feedback if you have 0 feedback please don't bid. serious buyers only.
