a modern update on airstream's flagship of yesterday! an extensive amount of work has gone into bringing this vintage airstream into the present day all while maintaining that iconic look! the exterior is largely unchanged but exudes many signs of proper maintenance and care over the years. while some character spots are present expected from 25 years of love and adventure the aluminum skin still shows extremely well and still wearing it's original blue pinstripe livery something often damaged from years of harsh uv exposure. iconic airstream features are also present in a full-length zip dee awning alloy wheels aluminum swing-out entry step stainless rock guards and tinted lexan front window shade. stepping inside some of the original oak cabinetry is maintained but is accompanied by a splash of modern neurtral tones and new fixtures. new hard surface flooring is present replacing what would originally have been carpet making for easy cleaning! the front lounge chair has been refinished in a modern ultraleather with a unique "high back" design for optimal support and extra space when folded down for guest sleeping. a splash of colour is given by the circular free standing chair. a new corian kitchen counter top is present accompanied by bright back splash tiles a sleek brushed stainless faucet set and square undermount sink. further down features a modern flush mounted glass-top stainless range with stainless range hood. tucked among the ample kitchen storage cabinets is also where you'll find a microwave. the dinette space has been slightly modified from it's original layout with a skinnier table and single bench seat also finished in matching ultraleather to the front lounge chair. upper cabinets have been painted in a cream tone with accent walls featuring a "birch bark" style fabric finish. the master bedroom features it's original queen bed layout as well as carpet flooring for a warm touch on a cold morning. the decor styling of the main living area in maintained throughout with new fixtures and padded ultraleather headboard. lastly the bathroom features a matching corain counter and tile back splash of that from the galley. a basin style sink and stainless hardware are also present. the shower across the hall features a new frosted door and cedar lined wardrobe beside. among all the tasteful decor updates the mechanical features have not been forgotten with many major upgrades throughout. new light switches electrical wiring tank monitor system thermostat smoke and co2 detectors modern tv antenna and lighting to name a few! call our product specialists for more information and to set up an appointment to view this truly unique airstream!
