2005 concord coachman with two slide outs fully bullet proofed with ton of work and upgrade to its injectors and turbo hoses. absolutely no leak of any kind. everything works on the unit except the rear-view camera. here is a list of what has been done to the rv beside the nearly 6000 thousand dollars invoice you can see among the pictures below new awningnew yokohama tires new batteries both for the coach and the power trainnew upgraded turbo hosesikea memory foam mattress in the rear of the rv which is very comfortable and is brand new.new bilstein steering stabilizer making the ride way smoother on the road and removing virtually all bump-steer.i have two xenon light bulbs that come with the rv that has not yet been installed.the rv has no odor of any kind nor has ever had any kind of pets in it. please see the invoice among the pictures below with way more work that has been done to this rv.although i have not really enjoyed this rv due to a sudden death of my brother but it does come with a play station 2 and an original wii as well as an older apple computer with monitor and speaker system possibly a collector one . it also comes with the basket in the back that folds when you do not need to use it but great for carrying wood or your luggage's. interior is an 8.5 out of 10. i do have an extra set of front seat covers just like the one it came from factory as spare. one of the seats has a small hole in it but not due to wear. tv is old and does not have good picture. i was going to buy a new one from costco for about $200 dollars and install it but never got to it. bought this rv to take my 94-year-old mom out for one last time but unfortunately my 70-year-old brother got his life taken in front of his house in a nice neighborhood in orange county ca and ever since then rv just sat and not used. i only used it once at oneil regional park in irvine ca. the decorations do not come with the rv nor the sleeping bags etc... please ask any questions prior to bidding on my rv. inspections are allowed prior to bidding on the vehicle. i am happy to answer you any questions prior to bidding or ending of the rv. there will be no inspections after the end of the auction. i tried to describe the rv to the best of my knowledge. it has costed me over $40k but you can have it for way less. rv is sold as is where is with no warranty of any kind. deposit is nonrefundable because it does cost me time and money to post it so please make sure you have the funds and interest before you bid on it.it is the buyer's responsibility to run their own privately owned reports such as carfax autocheck etc. thank you for bidding and good luck. fred images below
