for sale the american dream trailer 2017 sundowner trailer hardly used kept under shelter and still under warranty. “big birtha” is 36’ with a 16’ lq has a pop out and a 2-horse slant with a manger. she has all the bells and whistles. she is fully equipped with a kitchen stove oven microwave and lots of cupboard space. her bathroom has a round shower slider door and is very roomy. she also has a nice closet in the bathroom. her dining area converts into a bed. the couch also folds down for a nice twin size bed. her master bed area can be queen or king depending on preference. she has 2 end tables with storage in the master bed area and a closet. her entertainment includes indoor/outdoor stereo speakers with a control panel and bluetooth. she also has a tv and a really nice fireplace for ambiance that heats up nicely. she has a ladder on the side to get to the roof and a hayrack as well. she has a nice storage area underneath the manger. she also comes with solar panels and a complete hook-up. she has dimmer switches to control lights and full heating and air. her refrigerator is extra large and her freezer works great. birtha is massive and spacious inside; pictures are distorted to fit the page. still under warranty and toilet has never been pooped in. also the back tack can collapse and the trailer can become a toy hauler.
